Finding true talent to put behind our bar here at Level, has always been a high priority. We seek out professional mixologists with creativity and the skills to build a well rounded, memorable cocktail. Our team enjoys sharing new ideas that can be incorporated into our weekly bar specials and cocktail menu. Each of them considers our guests’ bar experience to be of the upmost importance.

Doug Watson

“Doug the Bartender” has been shaking things up since 2010. He began his love for the craft at a private social club in western PA.

Over the years, he has worked in corporate restaurants, weddings, catering, private events, educational cocktail nights, bartending instructor and as a consultant for cocktail menus and staff training.

When he’s not making his guests laugh over his poorly timed dad jokes, you can find him shaping the minds of our youth as a 4th grade teacher in Anne Arundel County. He believes in the importance of community involvement and education. He founded a local non-profit org called “Anne Arundel Marble Players” – where he teaches standards based education lessons through marble games while coaching players to compete at the National Marbles Tournament. It’s impossible to not find something to talk about with this guy. Come grab a seat with him and enjoy yourself. You deserve it.
