Executive Chef Matt Singer has flourished in the food industry for nearly a decade, locally as well as in Ireland. After completing his culinary degree, he continued to develop his new-found passion which eventually led to visits to the James Beard House as a featured Chef. Matt views his time in a kitchen as an opportunity to create art. He says, “I enjoy cooking Asian fusion food and marrying it with dishes from other cultures.” He looks forward to continuing Level’s success and making it a destination restaurant for the region, as well as a staple for locals.
