Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
We are an award winning “from scratch” restaurant located in Downtown Annapolis. Our new Manager must be enthusiastic, positive and customer service driven. Providing an excellent guest experience is imperative, as well as integrating well with the rest of our team. Must have past restaurant management experience and be a true leader.
- Must be able to lead and manage staff of 20 people with regards to training, side work and ongoing development
- Responsible for schedules and day to day operations.
- Lead shifts through dining service successfully
- Responsible for cleanliness of the restaurant
- Implementation of systems with regards to cash handling, timeliness and standards.
- Responsible for managing banquet events occurring throughout the year.
- Process new staff members’ employee paperwork and addition to payroll system.
- Placing orders, receiving orders and placing orders in the appropriate storage area.
- Must have leadership skills
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must excel when working as part of a team
- Must have restaurant management experience
- Brunch experience preferred
- Experience with Toast POS System preferred as well
