Level sources as many ingredients as possible from local and regional area farms. We are one of the first restaurants in Annapolis to do this on a large scale. From the kitchen to the bar, our dishes and cocktails are made from scratch. Local favorites include our fried Brussels Sprouts and of course our infamous Burrata. Being a coastal city shapes what we cook and how we cook it. Annapolis seafood isn’t just a category on our menu; it’s a connection to the Bay and to the producers who sustain it. When local oysters are briny and bright, we let them shine with minimal interference; when rockfish or blue crab are in season, we highlight them in small plates that balance freshness with a bit of culinary play. As seasons turn, we pivot to what’s tasting best right now—greens in spring, tomatoes and corn in summer, squash and roots in fall—so there’s always something lively and timely on the table.

How we help:
- Clear guidance: Many plates can be prepared gluten-free (GF), dairy-free (DF), or vegan (V) with simple adjustments (swapping a sauce, omitting cheese or butter, or choosing a different garnish).
- From-scratch flexibility: Because we make sauces, dressings, and condiments in-house, we often have control over what goes in—making substitutions straightforward.
- Transparent prep: Tell us your dietary needs when you’re seated. We’ll walk through the menu, note easy modifications, and coordinate with the kitchen to reduce cross-contact where possible.
Gluten-Free guests: Look for dishes built around produce, proteins, and grains that are naturally GF. Many of our seafood and vegetable dishes can be prepared without breading or gluten-containing sauces. If an item includes croutons, crostinis, baguette or a gluten-based component, we can often remove or replace it. Please note that while we are careful, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility.
Dairy-Free guests: Butter and cheese appear in some preparations, but a large portion of our menu can be made DF by using olive oil finishes, swapping a sauce, or omitting a garnish. Our team will happily steer you to dairy-free crowd-pleasers and let you know where substitutions are seamless for our small plates options.
Vegan guests: We feature plenty of vegetable-forward plates and are always happy to suggest a satisfying plant-based lineup. Many items become vegan by substituting a dressing, choosing a plant-based aioli, or skipping cheese. If you’re planning a vegan celebration or date night, let us know in advance and we’ll curate a set of plates that feel abundant and exciting.
